6-Step Production Process

Raw Material Sourcing
Steel coil and aluminum sourced from certified mills in the Cangzhou region. Each batch verified with Material Test Reports (MTR) including chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Roll Forming
Automated cold-roll forming lines shape raw coil into C/Z purlins, rails, and custom structural profiles. Continuous forming with precision rollers ensures consistent cross-section dimensions.
CNC Punching & Cutting
Computer-numerical-control punching creates accurate hole patterns for fast, consistent on-site assembly. Automatic sawing cuts profiles to exact project lengths with ±1mm tolerance.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Steel components undergo hot-dip zinc coating per ASTM A123 / ISO 1461 standards. Minimum 85μm coating thickness provides 25+ year corrosion resistance in outdoor environments.
Quality Inspection
Final inspection includes dimensional verification, coating thickness, surface quality, and assembly fit test. Defective parts are marked and reworked or rejected. Inspection records filed for each batch.
Packing & Container Loading
Components bundled, labeled with project ID and part numbers, and protected with edge boards. Container loading optimized for maximum volume utilization. Packing lists verified before shipment.
4-Stage Quality Control
Incoming Inspection
Raw material certificates verified. Coil thickness, zinc coating weight, and chemical composition checked before production.
In-Process Checks
Dimensional verification at forming and punching stages. First-article approval before batch production begins.
Final Inspection
Pre-shipment inspection of all components: dimensions, coating thickness, surface quality, and assembly fit test.
Outgoing Audit
Container loading verification: label accuracy, bundle count, packing list match, and photos for each shipment.
